Learning Support Officers
At St Christopher’s, our Learning Support Officers (LSOs) work collaboratively with teachers to provide targeted support through a multi-tiered system of intervention, ensuring students receive the level of support they need to achieve success. They assist students with Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs), deliver evidence-based intervention programs, and provide targeted instruction to address individual learning needs.
Our LSOs support students through programs including UFLI, SPELD SA, Talk About Social Skills, fine motor skill development, and the Maths Pathway extension program, helping students build confidence, independence and positive learning outcomes.
