Welcome Mrs. Barber and Mrs. Atkinson
This week we welcomed Mrs. Debra Barber (left) and Mrs. Tracey Atkinson to St Christopher's Primary School. Deb will work in the school office on Mondays. Some of you will already know Deb from the St. Christopher's Parish office where she currently works four days a week. Tracey will work in our office from Tuesday to Friday. Tracey has been working at St. Francis Xavier Primary School in Box Hill for the last eight years. Please be sure to say hello and introduce yourself to Deb and Tracey when you are in the office.  We are very lucky to have them as part of our community and we look forward to working with them in the future.

Farewell Mrs. Bamber and Mrs. Cook
On Friday 25th June we formally farewelled our wonderful office staff, Jenny Bamber and Sharon Cook. Jenny Bamber has been with St. Christopher's for 28 years and during that time has supported thousands of students and many families. Sharon Cook has worked in our office for 14 years and for many of those has been responsible for the school banking and ensuring the first aid supplies are stocked up. It was very sad to see both Jenny and Sharon leave after being a big part of our community for such a long time. Our community has been blessed by such dedicated and caring staff members. Students and staff gave them a send-off at our assembly. We thank them for everything they have done for us and wish them all the best.

Mother’s Day Celebration
We hope all of our Mothers had a wonderful day last Sunday and that you were spoilt by your children. It was terrific to see so many St Christopher's mums at our whole school mass last Friday. During this mass, we celebrated the important role that mothers play in the lives of our students. Our prep students shared some interesting reflections of their mothers and other students read prayers thanking mothers for everything they do. Thanks to Miss Mangone for organising the mass. Fr Ralph celebrated our Mothers' Day Mass.   Preps shared reflections of their mums.   Students in Years 3 - 6 made bath salt gifts for their mums.
